We’re looking for a proactive, organised and confident Office Manager + Admin Assistant to keep our busy office running smoothly. You’ll be the backbone of our admin function, supporting both the leadership team and site operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day office operations and administration
• Coordinate reception duties and welcome visitors
• Manage diaries, meetings and travel arrangements
• Support HR-related admin including onboarding and paperwork
• Prepare and process documentation, reports and correspondence
• Assist with invoicing and basic bookkeeping tasks
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers and internal teams
• Drive continuous improvement in office systems and processes
