New Project Secured in Lichfield – Streethay Development

We’re pleased to share some exciting news as part of our ongoing growth and project pipeline. KS Construction Group has been awarded the full masonry package for a new residential development in the historic cathedral city of Lichfield, located within the well-connected Streethay area.

This scheme will see the delivery of masonry works across approximately 200 units, forming a key part of a high-quality housing development. Securing a project of this scale reflects both the continued demand for our services and the trust placed in us by leading housebuilders.

We’re particularly looking forward to working alongside our valued client, Miller Homes Ltd, on this development. Having built strong working relationships across previous projects, this award reinforces our shared commitment to delivering consistent quality, reliable programmes and professional site standards.

Work is scheduled to commence in early 2026, with our team already beginning the planning and coordination phase to ensure a smooth start on site. As with all our projects, a strong focus will be placed on workmanship, safety and efficient delivery, supporting the wider build programme from the outset.

The Streethay development represents another step forward for KS Construction Group as we continue to expand across the Midlands and beyond. With a growing portfolio of residential schemes and a dedicated team behind us, we’re looking forward to bringing this project to life.
