New Project Announcement – Maisemore Development with Stonebond

We’re pleased to share another exciting addition to our growing portfolio of residential projects. KS Construction Group has been awarded the full masonry package for a new development in the town of Maisemore, working with our newly valued client, Stonebond.

This scheme will consist of 37 dwellings, forming a well-planned residential site that contributes to the continued growth of the local area. Being appointed on a project like this reflects the confidence placed in our team to deliver consistent quality, reliable workmanship and strong site performance from day one.

We’re particularly looking forward to building a strong working relationship with Stonebond as we begin this partnership. Establishing new client relationships is a key part of our growth, and we’re committed to delivering the same high standards that underpin all of our projects.

Our team is scheduled to arrive on site in the early part of 2026, where we’ll be ready to hit the ground running.
